Program Director, Professional & Continuing Education

The Office of Digital Learning is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Program Director of Professional & Continuing Education (FSU Learn). This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape and expand FSU’s continuing education portfolio, supporting lifelong learning, workforce development, and community engagement. This position will lead the development and delivery of innovative non-credit educational programs that reflect the needs of adult learners, working professionals, and industry partners while overseeing the design of both in-person and online course offerings, ensuring they are accessible, market-responsive, and aligned with the university’s strategic goals.

Customer Service Coordinator

The Office of Digital Learning is seeking applicants for a Customer Service Coordinator who will be responsible for quality assurance monitoring, surveying and data analysis, project management, and test administration. This position will help to complete research to identify best practices and maintain accreditation requirements while helping the Test Administrator and Testing Operations Manager to implement changes that enhance customer satisfaction and uphold service commitments. Additional responsibilities include overseeing staff logistics and operations, helping to onboard and coach front desk staff, maintaining an accurate inventory of testing supplies and office materials, and working with other testing managers and fiscal staff to complete purchase orders.

Course Design Specialist

The Office of Digital Learning is seeking a detail-oriented, instructional development professional to join the Instructional Development team. This position will work with FSU faculty and staff to ensure online courses meet quality standards with regard to objectives, student engagement, accessibility, and other key metrics. Primary responsibilities include remediation of accessibility issues in courses, uploading and assembling course content for instructors, and reviewing courses using Quality Matters standards.
